Owens, Carol - Reading / Biography

Mrs. Owens has taught in Loudoun County for 21 years, as a fourth and fifth grade classroom teacher, and as a Reading Specialist. She has been trained in Reading Recovery, Steps to Literacy, Literacy Framework, and Pathways to Literacy. She holds a BA in Elementary Education from Virginia Tech, and a Masters Degree in Reading from George Mason University.
