Welcome to the Office of Diagnostic and Prevention Services The Office of Diagnostic and Prevention Services manages and coordinates the provision of psychological, educational diagnostic, and eligibility services in all Loudoun County schools. The office includes administrators, psychologists, and educational diagnosticians who support students and teachers in the areas of suicide prevention and screening, instructional and behavioral consultation, individual and group counseling, threat assessment, crisis intervention, coaching support for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports and Response to Intervention, progress monitoring, psychological and educational evaluations for identifying educational disabilities, and eligibility services for identifying students for special education and Section 504 services. ![]() Fax: 571-252-1245 John J.
