Mrs. Burton

This Fall, I will begin my 19th year in education. I attended Marymount University where I earned a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Elementary Education. I also hold a Masters Degree in Education Leadership from George Mason University.

Prior to coming to Loudoun County, all of my teaching experience has taken place in Alexandria, Virginia. I began my career as a kindergarten teacher. In addition, I taught first, second and fourth grades. Administratively, I served as an Assistant Principal for three years at Cora Kelly School for Math, Science and Technology and for two years at James K. Polk Elementary.

I feel fortunate to be part of such a wonderful and supportive family here at Seldens Landing.
