Mrs. Cipriano
It is my honor and privilege to be the Assistant Principal

and remain a part of the wonderful Sanders Corner community.

I began my tenure at Sanders in 1998 working as a special educator. In 2000, I became a Reading Specialist and worked at Lovettsville Elementary, however, when the opportunity became available the following year, I returned to Sanders as the full time Reading Specialist. Prior to working in Loudoun, I was employed by Culpeper County Public Schools for 11 years and worked as a special educator.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. I hold two Masters’ degrees. The first is a Masters of Education in Reading from Shenandoah University and the second is a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership from George Mason University.

I believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is my desire to help all students meet their fullest potential by providing an environment that is safe, supports risk-taking, and invites a sharing of ideas.

I also believe it is important to establish a cohesive community by encouraging communication and collaboration. Relationships between teachers, parents, support staff, students, and community members are vital. By working together to do what is best for children, great things will happen!

If I can assist you or your child in any way, please feel free to contact me at 571-252-2250 or at beth.cipriano@lcps.org.

Let's have a GREAT school year!
