What is Our Goal?

At Sanders Corner we seek to empower our students to experience music as a source of personal enrichment, a vehicle for the constructive expression of human emotions, and as a unique intellectual discipline.

Loudoun County's curriculum is based on the National Standard for Music Education. These standards address singing, performing on instruments, reading and notating music, listening, improvising, and composing.
