Mrs. Sharon Floyd, Admin Intern / Overview

Hello Legacy Labs. My name is Sharon Floyd and I am Legacy's Administrative Intern. I have been in the field of education as a classroom teacher or a guidance counselor for many years. Most recently, I was a third grade teacher at Legacy. Prior to that, I was Legacy's guidance counselor. I am thrilled to be part of the staff at such an outstanding school!

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Kent State University in Ohio and my Master's Degree in Counseling from Virginia Tech. I live in Ashburn with my husband and two children. My daughter, Abby, will be a senior at Briar Woods High School. My son, Justin, will be an 9^th grader at Briar Woods High School. We also have a family dog named Annabelle.
