SCHEDULE OF CLASSES AND DESCRIPTIONS

BASAP REGISTRATION (opens Monday, January 21, 2013 at 7:00 p.m.)

Before and After School Activities Program (BASAP) online registration starts on Monday, January 21, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. and will close on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 7 p.m.

REGISTRATION: For the Winter 2013 session, online registration is required! Payment will only be accepted via PayPal (Pay Pal account not required). A first-come, first-serve registration process will be used for the Winter 2013 session and online registration will open at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 21, 2013 .  Payments should be made via credit card using PayPal. Both the online registration form and payment must be received in order to place your student in a class.  You may sign up for as many classes as you like.

Registrant will be sent an enrollment confirmation via e-mail. Further communication will be made if there is a problem with your registration or if your student is on a waiting list and the class has been added for another day. DO NOT call the school for class placement confirmation. Make note of the dates of your student’s activity, remind your student and plan accordingly. The BASAP teacher will contact the registrant prior to start of classes for any additional info.  Students are permitted to enroll in multiple classes at the time of initial registration.

OTHER PAYMENT INFORMATION: Payments for a change in class or for additional classes must be made in full prior to the commencement of classes.  There will be no refunds once a child is placed into a class.

MAKE-UP POLICY: After-school classes will not be held if Loudoun County Public Schools are closed.  Every effort will be made to schedule a make-up class. However, if make-up classes cannot be scheduled in a timely manner, prorated refunds will not be issued.

We reserve the right to remove, for the remainder of the session, any student whose inappropriate behavior disrupts the program with no refund.

Winter 2013 BASAP classes begin Monday, February 4, 2013.  See class schedule for more information.

Morning classes start promptly at 7:30 and end at 8:20 am.  Afternoon classes start immediately after school and end at 4:25.  Students can be picked up at school or ride an activity bus home.  See BEMS website for the activity bus schedule.  Activity busses run on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
