Placement Coordinator

My name is Stacie Ahrens-Mininberg and I am so excited to begin another year as Placement Coordinator here at Monroe Technology Center (MTC). Prior to becoming Placement coordinator, I was a special education teacher at Broad Run High School, Monroe Technology Center, and at Woodgrove High School.

As Placement Coordinator of MTC, I work as part of the administrative team. Some of my responsibilities are coordinating the application and selection process, monitoring student attendance and tardies, and acting as the Special Education Designee.

I have an undergraduate degree in Elementary and Special Education which I received from St. Joseph’s College. I have a Master’s of Education Degree in Instruction. In addition, I have a Master’s Degree in Education Administration. Both of my graduate degrees were obtained through Shenandoah University. I look forward to another successful school year for all of our students.
