Jennifer Hansen

Jennifer comes to Steuart Weller with a background in both pediatric private practice and public school settings.  She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Georgia and an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.  Jennifer has worked with children with a wide range of disabilities and needs, but she most enjoys working with preschoolers. Jennifer is very excited for another year with the Weller family. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. 

 

Anne Marie Skeen

Anne Marie is proud to be a part of the Wildcat family!  She comes to Weller with 10 years teaching experience, six of them being in Loudoun.  Anne Marie received her Bachelor’s Degree from Murray State University.  She has worked with a diverse group of students in K-5 grades.  Anne Marie is passionate about differentiated instruction and making sure that all children's needs are met.  For this purpose, she continues to further her education in the field.  Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

 

Victoria Edwards

This is Victoria’s first year teaching at Steuart W. Weller Elementary.  She is proud to be working as part of the Wildcat family.  She has taught eight years previously both in Culpeper and Arlington County Public Schools.  She took time off from teaching to raise three beloved girls.  She resumed her teaching career in Loudoun County Public Schools two years ago at Ashburn Elementary and she is now here at Steuart W. Weller. She attended George Mason University and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Elementary Education and her Master’s Degree in Special Education.  She has had the pleasure of working with students in kindergarten through fourth grade in various settings.  Her time outside of school is well spent enjoying her family by making crafts, traveling, and routing for her girls playing soccer in the fall and spring.
 
Jackie Schmetzer

Jackie is excited to be a new member of the Weller Wildcat family. She is a graduate of Ashford University and is currently working towards her Masters degree in Special Education through George Mason University. Jackie was a 10 year member of the Resource team at Mill Run Elementary prior to her move to Weller where she worked with a diverse group of students within all the grades. She is looking forward to reconnecting with the many families who transferred here before her. Jackie is proud to say she shares her passion for teaching with her daughter. In her free time, Jackie enjoys volunteering her time and talents to community sports teams in addition to cheering her sons on as they participate on their football teams at the high school (Broad Run Spartans) and collegiate (CNU Captains) levels.


Kerri Cahill
Kerri is very excited to join the Weller Wildcats family this year! She received her Bachelors Degree in Special Education from High Point University. Kerri has been fortunate to have worked many summers in an Extended School Year Program in NY. Originally from New York, Kerri loves to go to the beach and New York City with family and friends. She looks forward to a great school year!

 
Theresa Komlo
My name is Theresa Komlo and I am a teacher’s assistant. I became an official Wildcat last year and I love it!  Before joining the Weller Family, I was a Health Clinic Assistant for four years at another elementary school in Leesburg. I have four children, and one beautiful grand daughter who was born in November of 2010.  I love to do all kinds of crafts, floral arranging, play golf, and spend time with my family.

 

Dana O'Shaughnessy
Dana is very excited to return to Loudoun County and join the Steuart Weller staff!  She is a graduate of LCPS and Radford University.  She earned a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education in 2003.  Dana looks forward to a wonderful school year as a Wild Cat!

 

Lisa Smucker

Lisa Smucker is excited to be a part of the Weller Wildcats Team. She has been working for Loudoun County Public Schools as a teacher assistant for a few years. In her free time she likes to take walks, hang out with her children, go to sports events and go shopping.
