Sacco, Lauren

Hello, and welcome to my page!  I am very excited to start working with 10 grade English classes at Broad Run this year. I recently come from splitting time between Potomac Falls High School, where I taught 10th grade English, and River Bend Middle School, where I taught the Communications and Accelerating Literacy Skills electives.  I am thrilled to be at one school this year, and strive to maintain open communication with both students and parents.

 

I was born and raised in Leesburg, Virginia, eventually graduating from Heritage High School.  I moved on to complete my bachelor's degree in English from Virginia Tech.  While there, I stayed on an extra year to complete my master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  I have always wanted to be a teacher, so it is a dream to be working for Loudoun County Public Schools!  If you ever have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me via email (lauren.sacco@lcps.org) or through the school phone number (571-252-2300).
